LEN JOHNSON

Mr. Johnson's extensive real estate experience includes executive positions with a number of domestic and international firms primarily focused on real estate portfolio strategies. He has also served as regional director for one of the Big 4 national accounting and management consulting firms with a primary focus on restructuring financial institutions primarily focused on the underlying real estate assets, and mergers and acquisitions work on behalf of Fortune 500 firms.   Mr. Johnson’s 30 years of experience consists of a combination of corporate and institutional operating and consulting experience supporting major domestic and international firms.  This includes experience with aligning organizational requirements to match the real estate and financial goals of the corporation or institution, either as part of management or as an external consultant.      Additional functional expertise includes broad experience in restructuring, recapitalization and redeployment of assets associated with troubled financial institutions and providing input to corporate mergers and acquisitions containing large portfolios of real estate assets.

In addition to overall management experience, Len’s background incorporates specific areas of applied functional expertise in the range of real estate life cycle from acquisitions, predevelopment, development through to asset management and dispositions.     Management consulting assignments have included portfolio reviews, restructuring of real estate divisions, and the array of integrated requirements associated with mergers/acquisitions and/or dispositions.
